This policy covers the UserGuard marketing website — userguard.io. Accounts live at app.userguard.io, and information you provide there is governed by the terms shown at signup. This page explains what this website collects, why, and the choices you have.
Short version: this website collects what you type into the contact form, the basic technical information every website receives, and — only if you say yes in the cookie banner — visit statistics. Contact messages are used to answer you and for nothing else. We do not sell or share personal information collected here, and we do not add you to advertising lists. You can change your analytics choice at any time, and you can ask us to delete anything you have sent us.
Information we collect
If you write to us through the contact form, we collect what you send: your name, work email address, the topic you pick, and your message. Beyond that, the site collects basic technical information every website receives — browser type, referring page, and pages visited — and, only if you allow analytics in the cookie banner, visit statistics through the tools named in our cookie policy.
How we use information
Contact messages are used to answer you, and for nothing else. Consented analytics are used to understand which pages help and which don’t, so we can improve the site.

Before launch this site ran a waitlist. If you joined it, the email you gave us is used only for occasional product updates — every one carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete it entirely at any time.

Nothing optional runs before you choose, and you can change your mind at any time using the cookie preferences control in the corner of any page. Data retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to resolve the conversation and for our records. Legacy waitlist emails are kept only while we send product updates. Ask, and we delete either.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of anything you have submitted through this website. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time from the cookie preferences control, and unsubscribe from any email with one click. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our consent tooling honors it automatically.
